Who we are

Established in 2005 in Ocala, FL, New Construction Plus is a proud family-owned business that began as a simple cleaning service, offering move-out cleanings, office cleaning, and regular bank cleaning services. Over time, through hard work and trusted relationships, we grew into the company we are today.

Our turning point came when a customer visiting a bank we serviced asked the branch manager if their cleaning company could remove a tough glue resin that had damaged their newly remodeled restaurant kitchen floors. It wasn’t exactly the type of work we specialized in, but with a strong desire to support our clients, we decided to give it a try. After hours of careful research, trial and error, and working late into the night, we succeeded.

The construction company responsible for the restaurant was so impressed with our work that, through word of mouth, we quickly became one of the most sought-after construction cleaning companies in Orange County, Florida.

Today, we remain a family-owned and operated business, proud of the loyal relationships we've built. Many of our builders see us as part of their extended family. Through these partnerships, New Construction Plus has been entrusted with major projects across the region, including medical facilities, schools, fire and police departments, large warehouses (including specialized floor treatments), apartment complexes, and stunning 20,000-square-foot custom homes in beautiful Ocala, FL.
